Prince Albert Catholic Schools invites applications for a full-time Speech & Language Pathologist for the 2023-2024 school year beginning on August 28, 2023.

The Speech and Language Pathologist, in co-operation with other system personnel, shall support the aims and objectives of Catholic Education and the Prince Albert Roman Catholic Separate School Division #6.

Qualifications:
• Member of the Saskatchewan Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists
• Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree or equivalent training in speech and language
• Familiarity with reference and regulate intervention program is an asset.

Responsibilities:
• Provide speech, language and/or communication assessments for students in pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and students with intensive needs.
• Communicate results of assessments to parents/guardians and school personnel.
• Provide written reports/documentation of all formalized assessments.
• Recommend program suggestions or resources for home and at school.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to the school division.
• Support the implementation of the Prekindergarten and Kindergarten programs.
