2024-25 Printable Registration Form (Pre-Kindergarten-Grade 8)
New and returning students are invited to register electronically. To find out more information about our schools, please see the web links for each of our schools at the bottom of our home page.
To help with planning and preparations for the upcoming school year, we are asking families to please complete one online form per student for all new and returning students.
All new students to our schools will be contacted by our school personnel within the next few weeks to confirm registration details and answer any questions you may have.
Please note that once your form has been successfully submitted, you will get an electronic message saying, “Thank You for choosing Catholic Education”.
If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact your school directly either by the phone or email addresses that are included in the registration form. Our staff are available to support you.
