World Day of Prayer for Vocations: May 12th
In May, the Catholic Church embraces the World day of Prayers for Vocations. Pope Francis encourages everyone to support and pray for vocations to religious life as a priest, deacon, or religious sister. We remember that Jesus is the Good Shepherd, and continues to call people to lead his Church. Let us pray that many people will answer the call.
To mark this special day, the Diocese of Prince Albert invited students to submit posters that will be present in Catholic Churches. These posters will promote the theme of Vocations and answer the question, “How has God called you to serve?”.
During this special day of prayer, we ask that you pray with us as we promote vocations to religious life.
