Parents are reminded that supervision for elementary students before or after school begins/end within 15 minutes of the school day.

The Government-Trustee Bargaining Committee and STF are returning to the bargaining table next week. Any future adjustments or operational updates will be provided as information becomes available. As we are not able to predict if further Teacher sanctions will be imposed, we remind parents that sanctions could take various forms in the future and operations may need to shift accordingly, including but not limited to, half-day/full-day strikes, rotating strikes, or school closures.  Should any of these eventualities occur, the Board of Education will notify students and parents as far in advance as possible to ensure the safety and well-being of our children/youth.

Any questions regarding bargaining can be directed to the Government-Trustee Bargaining Committee and STF. The Board of Education for Prince Albert Catholic Schools hopes a fair, just, and reasonable collective agreement can be realized.

If you have any questions, call (306) 953-7500 or contact schools for school-based information.

Sincerely,

L.Trumier , Director of Education
